Stainless Steel Fill Panels can be custom made to suit your individual requirements. Panels are supplied with quality components including pressure gauges, valves and ‘nipples’ and filling whips that are specifically designed for high pressure applications.

Panel can be made to size, however so as to ensure enough room for gauges to accommodate two – three filling whips, the panel would need to be approximately 450mm wide by 450mm high by 150mm deep.

ASE can analyse your required output to determine an air distribution, storage and filling system suited to your requirements. The Filling System would be custom-built to allow for your exact requirements as well as to ensure the safe and efficient distribution or air/gas.

ASE is experienced and very knowledgeable in designing, configuring and installing air distribution, filling and storage systems for medium to high pressure applications.

Filling panel versions:

  • With hose coupling
  • With direct filling valve (direct cylinder coupling)
  • For one pressure range – PN 200 or PN 300 bar – or for two pressure ranges
  • With 1, 2, 4, 6 or 10 filling valves
  • With rebound protection in the filling valve (hose coupling)
  • With high-pressure testing of all components
  • With CE mark

The following versions are available as options:

  • With flow limitation, e.g. to 30 bar/min
  • Stainless steel control panel
  • For ambient temperatures of up to -40°C
  • With other or several pressure ranges
  • In special colours, e.g. RAL 9010
  • Safety filling valves with check valve
  • Filling valves with check valve
  • Angled filling valves (90°)
