Air Pressure Amplifiers

SKU: Air Pressure Amplifiers

Haskel’s Air Amplifiers are a simple and economic way to amplify air, or nitrogen, to the high pressures needed for industrial applications. Haskel’s Air Amplifiers are compact units that require no electrical or mechanical drive connections and are powered by the same air that they amplify. They are capable of producing an output pressure of up to 5000 psi (345 bar). They provide an alternative to a dedicated high pressure compressor.

Why use a Haskel Air Amplifier

Haskel’s Air Pressure Amplifiers operate in range of industries. They are compact, rugged units that are suitable for the most demanding industrial applications. They do not require electrical or mechanical drive connections and are powered by the same air that they amplify. They offer a long seal life and easy maintenance.

Applications

The Haskel Air Amplifier can be used for various applications including:

  • Increase force on clamps and presses
  • Increase speed on part ejection, forming, and cylinders
  • Die Cushions
  • PET Blow Moulding
  • Air Drills
  • Air Tools
  • Air Starters
  • Brakes, Clutches and hucks
